Abstract:
ESTABLISH A UNIFORM METHOD OF COLLECTING INFORMATION TO DETERMINE IF THE APPLICANT QUALIFIES AND THE PROPOSED LAND USE WOULD PROVIDE PUBLIC BENEFITS, AS REQUIRED BY THE ACT OF JUNE 14, 1926, AS AMENDED. STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, AND NONPROFIT INSTITUTIONS, MAY APPLY TO LEASE OR PURCHASE PUBLIC LANDS FOR RECREATIONAL OR PUBLIC PURPOSES.
