Abstract:
THE DOCUMENT IS USED BY THE MASTER OF FISHING VESSELS FOR THE CONDITIONALLY FREE WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPLIES TO BE USED DURING THE VOYAGE FROM BONDED WAREHOUSES. IT ALLOWS FOR CONSECUTIVE ARRIVALS IN THE UNITED STATES. IT IS ALSO USED TO CERTIFY THE PROPER DISPOSITION OF THESE SUPPLIES.
