Abstract:
BENZENE IS A DANGEROUS CARCINOGEN. THIS RULEMAKING REQUIRES COMPANIES TRANSPORTING BENZENE OR PRODUCTS CONTAINING BENZENE IN BULK TO REDUCE WORKER EXPOSURES TO LEVELS THAT WILL REDUCE THE NUMBER OF CANCER DEATHS.
