OMB waives the requirement that an expiration date by printed on this form. 2. The SF86A (continuation sheet) is approved for use with this form. 3. Use of this form is to begin on 3/1/91. Until that date agencies may continue to require use of the "old" SF85. Beginning on 3/1/91 only this form may be used for the individuals subject to using it.
