THE SETTLEMENT SHEET IS USED TO EVIDENCE THE DISBURSEMENT OF A LOAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED TO BETWEEN SBA AND THE BORROWER. IT IS REQUIRED BY SECTION 7 OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT, 15 U.S.C. 636.
