Abstract:
THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS SENT BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD TO PEOPLE WHOSE CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AGAINST STATE MEMBER BANKS WERE REFERRED TO OR RECEIVED BY A FEDERAL RESERVE BANK. COMPLAINANTS ARE REQUESTED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS VOLUNTARILY ABOUT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE RESERVE BANK'S EFFORT INHANDLING THE CONSUMER COMPLAINT.
