Abstract:
UNDER SECTION 19(B) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 THE COMMISSION MUST MAKE CERTAIN SPECIFIED FINDINGS BEFORE IT MAY APPROVE PROPOSED RULE CHANGES ON SELF-REGULATORY ORGANIZATIONS. RULE 19B-4 AND FORM 19B-4, ADOPTED IN 1975, ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE COMMISSION WITH INFORMATION NECESSARY TO MAKE THE REQUIRED FILINGS.
