Abstract:
46 USC 7315 -- THIS STATUTE AUTHORIZES THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION TO APPROVE COURSES WHICH MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR REQUIRED SEA EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING. THIS INFORMATION REQUIREMENT PERMITS THE COLLECTION OF CURRICULA, FACILITY INSPECTIONS, AND INFORMATION TO PERM EVALUATION FOR APPROVAL.
