THE ATTACHED PROPOSAL PROVIDES THAT STATE MEMBER BANKS SATISFY THE DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED IN FEDERAL RESERVE REGULATION H BY FILING INFORMATION WITH THE BOARD ON THE FORMS AND REPORTS WHICH WOULD BE REQUIRED OF AN ENTITY REGULATED BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC).
