Abstract:
A NUCLEAR UTILITY FILES FORM 1120-ND TO REPORT THE INCOME AND TAXES OF FUND IT SET UP TO PROVIDE CASH FOR THE DISMANTLING OF NUCLEAR PLANTS. IRS USES FORM 1120-ND TO DETERMINE IF FUND INCOME TAXES ARE PAID AND I ANY OTHER PERSON IS TO TAXED ON SELF-DEALINGS WITH THE FUND.
