Approved by OMB under the following conditions: 1) HUD shall attach the required burden hour disclosure statement and OMB approval number, pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.21. 2) HUD shall revise HUD Form 52515, Question 3 to reflect changes under the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act, regarding the use of the Comprehensiv Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS), as pursuant to 24 CFR Subtitle A. This change needs to be reflected upon HUD Form 52515. 3) In its next submission, HUD shall better justify the contents of the Administrative Plan, and the 2,000 hours associated with its burden.
