Abstract:
THIS COLLECTION IS REQUIRED BY THE SUBMISSION OF AMENDMENT 4 TO THE NORTHEAST MULTISPECIES FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN. THE COLLECTION REQUIR PARTICIPANTS IN THE EXEMPTED FISHERY PROGRAM AND THE CULTIVATOR SHOALS WHITING FISHERY TO SUBMIT LOGBOOKS ON WHICH CATCH, EFFORT, AND LOCATIO INFORMATION IS ENTERED.
