Abstract:
UNDER SECTION 3(I) OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACT (RRA) THE BOARD MAY DEEM ADDITIONAL MONTHS OF SERVICE IN SOME CASES WHERE AN EMPLOYEE DOES NOT ACTUALLY WORK IN EVERY MONTH OF THE YEAR. THE COLLECTION OBTAINS NEEDED SERVICE AND COMPENSATION INFORMATION FROM RAILROAD EMPLOYERS FOR DETERMINING IF AN EMPLOYEE MAY BE CREDITED WITH ADDITION
