Abstract:
SECTION 204(D) OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT AND SECTION 413(B) OF THE FEDERAL COAL MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT PROVIDE THAT IF AN INDIVIDUAL DIES BEFORE BENEFIT PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED, THE AMOUNT DUE WILL PAID TO PERSONS MEETING SPECIFIED QUALIFICATIONS.
