Abstract:
THE STUDENT ENROLLMENT APPLICATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE A STUDENT'S ENROLLMENT ELIGIBILITY FOR INDIAN STUDENTS DESIRING TO ATTEND BUREAU OPERATED OR BUREAU FUNDED SCHOOLS. THE APPLICATION CONTAINS BACKGROUN INFORMATION ON STUDENTS, SUCH AS SCHOOLS PREVIOUSLY ATTENDED, TRIBE AFFILIATION, CENSUS NUMBER, DEGREE OF INDIAN BLOOD AND LANGUAGE SPOKEN AFFECTED PARTIES ARE STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND /OR GAURDIANS.
