The notice shall read: PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT. This regulation contains information collection and/or recordkeeping requirements. GSA believes, however, that the time and financial resources necessary for members of the public to comply with those requirements are limited to those that are ordinarily incurred in the normal course of business activities. Accordingly, this information collection is approved under OMB Control Number 3090-0250, (expires 11/31/92), "Zero Burden Information Collections."
