SECTION 73.99 REQUIRES LICENSEE OF AM RADIO BROADCAST STATION TO SUBMIT LETTER OF INTENT TO USE PRE-SUNRISE OR POST-SUNSET SERVICE AUTHORIZATIONS. DATA IS USED BY FCC STAFF TO MAINTAIN COMPLETE TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT STATION AND TO ENSURE THAT INTERFERENCE IS NOT CAUSE TO OTHER STATIONS.
