Abstract:
TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS FOR NATIONALITIES AUTHORIZED BY THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990. THE FORM I-821 WAS DEVELOPED TO COMPLY WITH SECTIONS 302 AND 303 OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990. THESE SECTIONS PROVIDE ELIGIBLE ALIENS WITH WITHHOLDING OF DEPORTATION AND EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.
