THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER FIREARMS, AMMUNITION AND IMPLEMENTS OF WARE ELIGIBLE FOR IMPORTATION INTO THE UNITED STATES. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO SECURE AUTHORIZATION TO IMPORT SUCH ARTICLES. FORMS ARE USED BY ALL PERSONS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES.
