Terms of Clearance: OMB wishes to point out that HUD Form 92417 expired on 12/31/90. HUD has not complied with the Paperwork Reduction Act implementing regulations ( 5 CFR 1320.4) which states that " an Agency shall not engage in collection of information without obtaining approval and displaying a currently valid OMB control number... and expiration date Furthermore, the public shall note that under Section 1320.5 "not withstanding any other provision of law, no person shall be subject to any penalty for failure to comply with any collection of information." In its next submission, HUD shall demonstrate that it has consulted wi members of the public regarding HUD Form 92417. HUD shall specify with whom it has consulted.
