THIS VOLUNTARY REPORT COLLECTS INFORMATION MONTHLY ON MAJOR CATEGORIES OF CONSUMER AND BUSINESS CREDIT EXTENDED BY DOMESTIC FINANCE COMPANIES AND ON MAJOR SHORT-TERM LIABILITIES OUTSTANDING. THE DATA ARE USED BY RESERVE FOR ASSESSING AGGREGATE CREDIT MARKET ACTIVITY.
