Abstract:
REGULATION IS AMENDED TO IMPLEMENT NEW PROGRAM AUTHORIZED BY THE "FOOD AGRICULTURE, CONVERSATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1990", WHICH WILL PROVIDE GRANTS TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITIES.
