Abstract:
THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN APPLICATIO FOR BLOCK GRANT FUNDING CAN BE APPROVED. WE HAVE LIMITED THE INFORMATION TO THAT WHICH IS NECESSARY TO PROPERLY ADMINISTER THE PROGRAM AND TO PROVIDE CONGRESS AND OTHER INTERESTED ENTITIES WITH APPROPRIATE INFORMATION REGARDING EXPENDITURES UNDER THE BLOCK GRANT.
