T SURVEY IS NEEDED TO COLLECT DATA ON FINANCIAL AND OPERATING CHARACTERISTICS OF U.S. COMPANIES THAT ARE FOREIGN OWNED. UNIVERSE ESTIMATES ARE DEVELOPED FROM REPORTED DATA.
