ON 06/13/91, FCC ADOPTED NPRM WHICH PROPOSES TO MODIFY SECTION 76.601 EXPANDING THE ANNUAL PROOF OF PERFORMANCE TESTS TO ENCOMPASS NEW STANDARDS AND TO REQUIRE CABLE SYSTEMS TO MAINTAIN CURRENT LISTING OF CABLE TELEVISION CHANNELS WHICH IT DELIVERS TO SUBSCRIBERS. THIS INFORMATION WOULD BE USED TO ENSURE THAT AN ACCEPTABLE QUALITY SIGNAL IS BEING PROVIDED TO CABLE SUBSCRIBERS AND THAT NO SIGNAL LEAKAGE
