SECTION 73.3613 REQUIRES LICENSES OF TV AND LOW POWER TV BROADCAST STATIONS TO FILE CONTRACTS RELATING TO OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL AND PERSONNEL. CERTAI CONTRACTS MUST BE RETAINED AT STATION. DATA USED BY FCC STAFF TO ASSURE THAT LICENSEE MAINTAINS FULL CONTROL OVER STATION.
