BANK HOLDING COMPANIES THAT ACQUIRE ASSETS IN SATISFACTION OF DEBTS PREVIOUSLY CONTRACTED ARE REQUIRED BY THE BOARD TO SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT OUTLINING EFFROTS MADE TO DATE TO EFFECT DIVESTITURE OF THE ASSETS AS WELL AS A DESCRIPTION AND VALUATION OF ASSETS DIVESTED AND THOSE TO BE DIVESTED.
