EIA-846A/C WILL COLLECT DATA ON THE CONSUMPTION OF ENERGY SOURCES AND THE FUEL-SWITCHING CAPABILITY OF ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR. RESPONDENTS ARE MANUFACTURING ESTABLISHMENTS IN SIC-20 - 39. THE DATA WILL BE USED BY ANALYSTS AND POLICY MAKERS FOR LONGITUDINAL ANALYSIS. DATA WILL ALSO SERVE AS INPUT INTO THE NATIONAL ENERGY
