First, change the reference to "Reporting Officer" to read "Reporting Employee." Second, item number 2 under Current Active Warning Device must be changed to "Flashing Lights 'with or without cantilevers.'" Item 2 of Remarks (OMB Notice of Action, 09/13/91) modified as follows effective 11/19/91: (2) Form FRA F 6180.87 (11/91) is approved as submitted with the attached covering letter from the Federal Railroad Administration, dated November 18, 1991.
