Terms of Clearance:
This action corrects an erroneous OMB action of July 18, 1991. OMB reinstates approval for forms currently in use: HUD Forms 92001, 92001 92001B, 92001C, 92001D, 92001E & 92001-V. These forms are approved for nine months. HUD shall not make revisions to the above listed forms that reflect information collection changes associated with the proposed rule. Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.4, HUD shall publish the requir burden hour disclosure statement on HUD Forms 921001A-D. Items #1,3, and #4 in OMB's action of July 19, 1991 constitute comment filed under Section 3504(H) of the Paperwork Reduction Act.

MORTGAGEE INSURED PROGRAM/LENDING INSTITUTIONS ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. TO QUALIFY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THESE HUD PROGRAMS, LENDERS ARE REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THESE HUD PROGRAMS, LENDERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF AN APPLICATION WITH SUPPORTING EXHIBITS.
