Abstract:
THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENT IS PURSUANT TO P.L. 95-87 WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY MAKE A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPTION OF MINING OPERATORS EXTRACTING LESS THAN 16 2/3 PERCENT TONNAGE OF COA INCIDENTAL TO OTHER MINERALS. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO MAKE THAT DETERMINATION.
