THIS FORM REVISES THE CURRENT AMERASIAN PETITION SO IT CAN BE USED TO FILE FOR A WIDOW OR SPECIAL IMMIGRANT AS PROVIDED BY THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990. THE SERVICE WILL USE DATA COLLECTED ON THIS FORM TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR THE REQUESTED IMMIGRATION BENEFIT.
