THIS FORM ALLOWS APPLICATION FOR AN EXPLOSIVES LICENSE OR PERMIT WHICH IF APPROVED, PERMITS THE HOLDER TO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN EXPLOSIVES ACTIVITIES UNDER TITLE XI OF THE ORGANIZED CRIME CONTROL ACT OF 1970.
