Abstract:
THIS REGULATION REQUIRES STATES TO SUBMIT COPIES OF THEIR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION LAWS FOR APPROVAL BY THE SECRETARY OF LABOR, AS WELL AS RELEVANT STATE MATERIALS WHICH ALLOW THE SECRETARY TO MAKE FINDINGS REQUIRED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, SSA, AND WAGNER PEYSER ACT.
