THIS PERFORMANCE REPORT IS COMPLETED BY STATE AGENCIES THAT HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THE PAUL DOUGLAS TEACHER SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. THE U.S DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED TO ASSESS THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AND TO AID IN EFFECTIV PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
