Abstract:
REMOTE-SENSING SPACE SYSTEM MUST OBTAIN A LICENSE. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE APPLICATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF U.S. SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS ARE PROTECTED AND THAT THE APPLICANT WILL PROVIDE ACCESS TO UNENHANCED DATA ON A NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS.
