Abstract:
THE CLEAN WATER ACT REQUIRES STATES TO REVIEW AND, AS APPROPRIATE, REVISE THEIR WATER QUALITY STANDARDS AT LEAST ONCE EVERY THREE YEARS AND SUBMIT THE RESULTS OF SUCH REVIEWS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR OF EPA FOR REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACT.
