Terms of Clearance:
This ICR is approved for six months. Before submitting this ICR for renewal, EPA shall submit to OMB a written information analysis identifying all duplicative and unnecessarily burdensome requirements. In particular, the analysis should consider how EPA and approved State can use the RCRIS data base and thus eliminate additional requests for data already collected. During the information analysis, EPA shall se help from the public, including representatives of the regulated community, to identify problems with current requirements. EPA shall document these efforts and submit them with the information analysis. addition, any previous, additional terms of clearance for this ICR als must be considered before this ICR is submitted for renewal.

THE ICR CONSOLIDATES THE GENERAL FACILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR OWNERS/ OPERATORS OF TSDFS, WHICH INCLUDES MAINTAINING RECORDS OF WASTES HANDLED, OPERATING METHODS, LOCATION, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FACILITIES, CONTINGENCY PLANS, OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS, AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS.
