ANY OWNER OR LESSEE OF PROPERTY IN COMMUNITIES WITH MAPPED SPECIAL FLO HAZARD AREAS (SFHAS), WHO BELIEVES THEIR PROPERTY SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN WITHIN A SFHA ON THE NFIP MAPS, HAS THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT THE TECHNICAL OR SCIENTIFIC DATA WHICH SHOWS THE MAP TO BE INCORRECT. FEMA REVIEWS THE INFORMATION AND ISSUES A LETTER OF MAP CORRECTION, IF WARRANTED. IF WARRANTED.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
