Abstract:
THIS FORM IS USED BY ALIENS TO APPLY TO WAIVE EXCLUDABILITY FROM THE U.S. PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS AS AMENDED BY SECTION 601 OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990, P.L. 101-649. THIS NEW FORM REPLACES THE CURRENT I-191, I-192, I-193, I-212, I-601, I-602, AND 612 NOW USED TO APPLY FOR VARIOUS WAIVERS.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
