We have extended approval of those information collection requirements at 29 CFR 1918 and 1919 which the agency believes are subject to the Paperwork Reduction Act. OSHA has acknowledged that it should undertak rulemaking to revise the reporting requirements at 29 CFR 1919.13(b) a 29 CFR 1919.11(e) and (f). OSHA has stated that it will not undertake this rulemaking for several years because staff have been committed to other projects. In the next submission, the agency should report a revised schedule for completion of these rulemaking changes. Because have granted a lengthy approval for the use of forms 70, 71, and 72, w have not waived the expiration date requirements of 5 CFR 1320.4. Finally, we have not recorded the 10,724 hour adjustment requested by OSHA because this decrease was recorded in our last action, when total recordable burden fell from 38,254 to 27,530 hours.
