Abstract:
THIS PROGRAM WILL HELP DEVELOP AN AGRICULTURAL CHEMICAL USE DATA BASE. THE DATA BASE WILL INCLUDE DATA THAT WILL HELP ADDRESS ISSUES REGARDIN THE SAFETY OF THE NATIONS FOOD AND WATER SUPPLIES. THE PROGRAM WILL ALSO SUPPLY OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES DATA TO ADDRESS THE ECONOMIC ISSUES OF FOOD AND WATER SAFETY.
