Abstract:
INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN APPLICANT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A STATUTORY COMPENSATION PAYMENT. RADIATION EXPOSURE COMPENSATION ACT OF 1990, 42 U.S.C.A. 2210 NOTE -- APPLICANTS ARE PERSONS WHO RESID NEAR THE NEVADA TEST SITE, ONSITE PARTICIPANTS IN AN ATOMOSPHERIC NUCLEAR WEAPONS TEST, AND PERSONS EMPLOYED IN A URANIUM MINE.
