WINE THAT HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED, PRODUCED, BOTTLED, OR PACKAGED IN BUL CONTAINERS IN THE U.S. AND THEN EXPORTED MAY HAVE THE REVENUE TAX, ALREADY PAID OR DETERMINED ON THE WINE, REFUNDED TO THE EXPORTER. THE FORM VALIDATES FROM THE PRODUCING WINERY THAT THE WINE WAS PRODUCED IN THE U.S. AND WAS TAX PAID ON WITHDRAWAL FROM BOND.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
