INFORMATION WILL BE SUPPLIED BY FACILITIES HANDLING BENZENE WASTES, INCLUDING CHEMICAL PLANTS, PETROLEUM REFINERIES, COKE BY-PRODUCT RECOVERY PLANTS, AND COMMERCIAL WASTE TREATMENT FACILITIES. THE BURDE FOR THE REQUIRED QUARTERLY REPORTS (CERTIFICATION, EXCEEDANCES) WAS INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL BURDEN CALCULATION AND, THEREFORE, IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS ESTIMATE.
