Abstract:
ALL MEMBERS OF THE FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK SYSTEM WILL BE REQUIRED BIENNIALLY TO SUBMIT A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT ACT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PUBLIC DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT AND A STATEMENT CONCERNING LENDING TO FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS.
