SECTIONS 515(B)(15)(D) AND 719 OF P.L. 95-87 REQUIRE THAT ALL BLASTING OPERATIONS BE CONDUCTED BY TRAINED AND COMPETENT PERSONS AS CERTIFIED BY THE REGULATORY AUTHORITY. THIS INFORMATION WILL ENSURE THAT BLASTING IS CONDUCTED IN A SAFE AND ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND MANNER.
