INFORMATION CONCERNING CITIZENSHIP OF OWNER/APPLICANT AND BUILD, TONNAGE, AND MARKING OF VESSEL IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY OF VESSEL FOR DOCUMENTATION, AS WELL AS ELIGIBILITY TO ENGAGE IN A PARTICULAR EMPLOYMENT UNDER 46 U.S.C.
