THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THESE REGULATIONS IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO REIMBURSE A CLAIMANT WHO HAS BEEN REQUIRED TO TRAVEL OVER 75 MILES TO APPEAR AT A MEDICAL EXAMINATION OR DISABILITY HEARING. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF CLAIMANTS REQUIRED TO TRAVEL MORE THAN 75 MILES IN ORDER TO ATTEND A MEDICAL EXAMINATION OR A DISABILITY HEARING.
