THIS IS A PERMIT THAT ALLOWS THE USE OF WELDING OR OTHER "HOT WORK" EQUIPMENT ON A DESIGNATED WATERFRONT FACILITY. IT IS USED BY THE COAS GUARD TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS.
